There is a stellar crew working at the Jefferson location. Hospitality is phenomenal and that is not something you expect to say about an IHOP. The food is what it is — it is IHOP — but when the staff runs the room this well, the whole experience gets elevated. Not every location operates like this. This one does. Worth the stop.
